The BrightHouse proposition allows customers access to the goods they need to furnish their homes - with no deposit, complete servicing and right of return.
BrightHouse provides an accessible and flexible purchase method for high quality, branded household goods – we simply look at potential customers’ individual circumstances and arrange credit to suit their needs. Customers can choose to pay outright in cash, spread the cost with affordable weekly payments, or pay monthly by direct debit. In addition, our Optional Service Cover gives customers the benefit of a full servicing package and the ability to return their product at any time, without penalty. Customers are able to restart their agreement up to 12 months later, and the payments made will still count against a product of similar age and specification.
This weekly payment process provides customers with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, as well as the confidence that they are on a path to ownership. There are no credit checks; however, a responsible lending assessment along with personal reference checks on applicants, provides reassurance for all parties at the start of a relationship.
As well as new products, the BrightHouse offer of Quality Refurbished (QR) stock is much appreciated by our customers. 90% of stock returned early from rental agreements is refurbished in our Service Centres and rented out again, at a lower cost. QR is a key differentiator of the BrightHouse offer as it provides customers with more economical access to high quality products.
