Richard Pym, non-executive Chairman - joined BrightHouse in 2008

Richard has significant experience within the financial and retail sectors. He was Group Chief Executive of Alliance & Leicester plc until July 2007, and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Bradford and Bingley. Career history also includes various financial and general management roles held at The Burton Group plc and was Non-Executive Chairman of Halfords.

   

Leo McKee, CEO - joined BrightHouse in 2005

Corporate career includes six years at Levi Strauss, latterly as Northern European Production Executive; two years at Rumbelows as Personnel & Management Services Director; and fifteen years with the Kingfisher Group, in various Board level roles, including MD of Woolworths, where he delivered a record £121 million profit.

Latterly as CEO of Ponden Mill Limited, Leo quadrupled enterprise value. Led re-engineering of the international furniture / electrical retailer Courts plc and acted as strategic business advisor to several SMEs.

   

Giles David, CFO - joined BrightHouse in March 2006

Early career with Esso Petroleum and Cellnet. As FD of M&S Direct, contributed to the launch and firm establishment of the mail-order and e-commerce business. Held key financial and commercial roles with Energis, including UK FD, delivering record financial performances, including cash break even.

Latterly was UK Head of Finance for O2 UK up to its sale to Telefonica.

   

Andrew Parkinson, Retail Director - joined BrightHouse in 1995

Prior to current position as Retail Director held position of Head of Service during period of transformation. Before this was in field management roles including Divisional Controller for Central Division and Regional Manager in the North West.

   

Hamish Paton, Commercial Director - joined BrightHouse in 2006

Previously a consultant for OC&C Strategy Consultants, specialising in the retail sector. Worked in various marketing and finance roles for Cable & Wireless, was the BrightHouse Business Development Director before assuming current responsibilities.
