We are committed to living these values. The result of committing to these values is substantial like-for-like revenue growth, profit growth, and a successful and accelerating new store-opening programme. However, less frequently quoted measures are potentially of more enduring significance.

Colleague retention rates in BrightHouse have significantly improved. An independent ‘climate survey’ indicates that BrightHouse employees are proud of their company, and enjoy being part of the wider team.

Similarly, independent customer research indicates a 96% ‘satisfied / highly satisfied’ response from customers on the quality and consistency of their experiences of BrightHouse.
