Our stores are welcoming and friendly places, not only for customers to visit but also for our staff to work in. Just as our staff are the eyes and ears of the business – getting to know their regulars and understanding their problems – so too are their own views and suggestions listened to, respected and valued. We aim to be an employer of choice and we devote a lot of time and effort to training our staff, in our stores, service centre, call centre and head office.
