BrightCare is an optional service package that provides peace of mind. Our customers with BrightCare won’t pay a penny in additional charges if their product breaks down.

There’s no limit to the number of repairs our customers can request if a product develops a fault. There are no call-out fees and there’s no charge for labour or parts.
Our customers will want to get up and running as quickly as possible. So we’ll aim to fix their product fast.
We aim to repair their product inside the FastFix target time, but we can’t always guarantee that we can. Sometimes, we won’t be able to mend it straight away. We’ll either take it away to fix the product in our workshops or arrange a time to come back with spare parts.

We’ll replace the faulty product with a brand new one:

If it turns out there’s no fault, our customers won’t be charged.
It's simple to cancel BrightCare
We’re confident our customers will enjoy the benefits of BrightCare. But they can cancel it at any time. We’ll refund their BrightCare payments if they cancel within 14 days of signing their contract.
Or choose independent cover
If the customer doesn't want to use our own BrightHouse engineers, they can choose their own independent service package. They would just need to go online to compare suppliers.
